Obligations Of A Hiring manager
- In order to choose eligible people to hire at Client Company as a Contractor, Recruiter commits to make reasonable efforts and utilise professional judgement.
- When a contractor’s job status changes, such as when they are fired, have their position relocated, or have their pay rate changed, the recruiter is responsible for informing both the contractor and the PCR.
- In order to fulfil its obligations to the recruiter, contractor, or client company, the recruiter commits to promptly reply to any requests from PCR for documents or information.
TERM
- Unless and until either party terminates it in writing, this Agreement will be in force. Anytime may be used by either party to end this agreement.
- The Recruiter Profit as described under PCR Responsibilities or any other sums due from the Recruiter to PCR according to NON-PAYMENT BY A Customer shall not be impacted by such termination.
- Only after the signature of an authorised representative from the Recruiter and the PCR will this Agreement be deemed to be in force.
