Non Disclosure agreement FOR HR
(“Agreement’ is by and between Mahdian Morshed Rizu of HalfBick located at 9411 99th Way, (“Employer”) and Marzana Islam Nayeema of BookWorm, Littleton, (“HR Employee’).
Along with other valued compensation, the parties hereby agree to engage into a confidential relationship with regard to the disclosure of specific exclusive and private information (referred to below as “Confidential Information”) and to the terms as follows:
Confidential Information
The HR employee is required to take the necessary precautions to secure sensitive employee data.
Including but not limited to the employee’s home address, social security number, performance reviews, home phone number, ethnic information, financial information, employment history, medical history, gender information, number of tax exemptions, birth date, veteran status, and all voluntary and involuntary deductions or reductions (type and amount).
Receivers must be notified of their obligations regarding the preservation of said Confidential Information and the deletion of such information. Confidential Information will only be released or transferred outside the Employer’s corporate headquarters for proper purposes.
Terms and Conditions
+ TREATMENT OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.
‘The Confidential Information must be held by the HR Employee in strict confidence and will regard a reasonable degree of care to prevent disclosure.
+ AUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE.
The HR Employee will only be allowed to disclose the Confidential Information to others unless authorized in writing by the Employer.
